Trigonometry, the mathematics of triangles, is being taught earlier and earlier every year. I’ve had some “Trig” questions pop up on my 7th graders’ standardized tests. So, I figured it’s about time to crank out some Sin/Cosine/Tangent worksheets to help them prepare for next years leveling tests.
Sine/Cosine/Tangent Worksheet 1 – This trigonometry worksheet features six different triangles. You will be asked to find the sin, cosine, and tangent of an angle in each triangle, as you learn about adjacent angles, opposite angles, and hypotenuses. This free worksheet should be relatively easy. It contains examples for each trigonometric function and the same angle is used for each triangle.

Sine/Cosine/Tangent Worksheet 2 – This trigonometry worksheet features six different triangles. You will be asked to find the sin, cosine, and tangent of an angle in each triangle. This free worksheet is a little trickier than Worksheet 1. The target angle moves around for each problem. So you really need to know your adjacent and opposite angles, as well as your hypotenuse.
